We are looking for a

Senior Technical Assistant

The purpose of this position is the handling of serious adverse events and adverse events (SAE/AE) data obtained in clinical trials and spontaneous reports, the completeness check according project requirements, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and applicable regulations and guidelines as well as the maintenance of project specific case trackers and an effective communication with team members to maintain project related workflow.

Your responsibility: As Senior Technical Assistant you provide clerical and administrative support, you setup and maintain project-related files, you file and archive documents (both paper and electronic filing and archiving) and you scan documents. Additionally, you assist in photocopying, assembly and transmission of documents to clients, you prepare workflow spreadsheets and reports, you review and track incoming SAE reports and assist in the submission of expedited reports. Assisting the Safety Case Processing Team as required and data entry of adverse events are also among your tasks.

Your background: You have a High School Diploma or an equivalent graduate degree. You have two years of experience in an administrative work environment. You also have competence with word processing software (MS Word) and spreadsheet software (MS Excel).

Your personality: You are bright and a quick learner whose curiosity drives you to expand your knowledge base. You are one who strives for high quality. Working within teams and the ability to maintain good quality under high workload are among your special strengths. Good working knowledge of written and spoken English are important to this position.
