ii4sm - Investors

ii4sm has been established as a Swiss-based company by five founders who all are bound to the company as members of the Board of Directors and/or the Executive Management.

In order to secure the long-term neutrality of ii4sm as an independent solution and service provider and as a trusted broker, the company issued Class A- and Class B-Shares. The Class A-shares unify the majority of the voting rights and are pooled in an Investment Holding (GmbH), preventing undesired events that could jeopardize neutrality.

Future equity funding, which is necessary to secure development and growth of the company, will be assured by issuing new Class B-Shares. Actual holders of the B-Shares are the founders, additional members of the Board of Directors, the Executive Management and Private Investors from Switzerland.
